1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop The Pet Pantry.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been submitted.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Additional shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process and are to be borne by the buyer.

4. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop. The invoice amount is due immediately.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the buyer. Please refer to the respective product page and our shipping page for delivery times.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. For more information, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Claims for defects must be asserted immediately after discovery of the defect.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
